Workflows support departments. Departments support operations. Somewhere at the end of that chain is a person expecting it to work. Orbit IT exists to help strengthen the technical teams behind those environments.
Stabilize means understanding the environment as it exists today. Strengthen means defining what the team needs next and building the search around that picture. Elevate means supporting the transition and using what each engagement teaches us to improve the next one.
Orbit IT was founded by Zaria Wilson, whose experience in enterprise technology and healthcare IT environments shapes the company's approach to technical recruiting. Her work has included end-user support, identity and access management, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID migration, EHR access governance, and the operational side of supporting technology-dependent environments.
We ask questions before the search begins. We distinguish meaningful requirements from preferences whenever possible. We are transparent about strengths and gaps. We respect the organization making the hire and the professional considering it. We follow through, and we use what each interaction teaches us to strengthen the process over time.
