Orbit IT is a healthcare IT talent recruiting and staffing firm founded in Winston-Salem, NC by Zaria Wilson.

I spent years working in healthcare IT and watching the same problems repeat. Good people placed into environments that were not ready for them. Organizations making fast hires that cost them more in the long run. I started Orbit IT because I believed the process could be done better, and I knew what better looked like from the inside.
This is how we think about every client engagement. First, we help close the gap and stabilize the team. Then we focus on building something stronger. Over time, the goal is to help the organization get to a place where its technology function is a genuine asset. That is what good workforce decisions make possible.
Zaria Wilson has 5+ years of enterprise IT experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments, including a 16,000-user Microsoft 365 and Entra ID migration and EHR access governance work. She has been a candidate, a team member, a leader, and someone responsible for the operations behind the systems. That range of experience is what shapes how Orbit IT works.
